Return & Refund Policy

At Psychone, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

✅ Return Period

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

✅ Refund for Online Card Payments

For purchases made using a debit or credit card, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

✅ Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. To process your refund, we’ll require your IBAN number, which we’ll request via email once your return is approved.
